What is you minimum cut on fabric?

Our minimum cut is 1 yard. Fabric is sold in 1 yard increments, and measures 36" x 44" per unit sold. Product will be cut as continuous yardage if multiple units are purchased.

Color matching?

Due to the variations in screen colors, we do our best to describe the color of the fabric you are receiving. We encourage you to also view the fabric on the manufactures website if you are concerned.

I did not receive an order confirmation. Did my order go through?

If you do not receive an order confirmation from us after ordering, please check your spam folder. If you have an account with us, you can also check your order history. If you are unable to locate the confirmation, you can call us at 319-643-3554, and we will be happy to help.

I just missed a sale - will you honor the sale pricing?

Unfortunately, no, we cannot.  However we suggest signing up for our newsletter so that you are always informed of our promotions.

I placed an order and it still hasn't shipped!

All orders ship within 2-3 Business Days, unless the items are classified as PREORDER. If so, you will see PREORDER in the item title. Also, some quilt kits take an extra 1-2 days for processing as there may be a lot of fabrics to cut - these are specified in product descriptions.

I've sent an email regarding my order, but haven't heard anything.

Order details and all persons involved in your order will be gathered to go over your order to make sure the best course of action can be taken in the most timely fashion. Please allow 4-6 business days for someone to contact you. Please keep in mind that due to employee scheduling and date of order it may take longer. We promise to address any and all emails regarding orders.
